The Director Human Resources (HR) will be a major contributor in ensuring that UWA is a progressive, future-focused and thriving global university.
Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor, the Director HR will work with UWA leaders to build a workforce and culture that enables the University to deliver on its strategy and ensure a positive, high-performing workplace for its staff and for the community.
Demonstrating an ability to participate in whole-of-University decision making, dynamic candidates will possess transferrable experience from driving complex strategic and operational contexts, plus the professional credibility to execute the sophisticated demands of the role. Outstanding communication skills and a strong customer service ethos are essential as are the abilities to influence, think creatively and exercise effective judgment in a dynamic environment.
