The Role
The Australian Indigenous HealthlnfoNet is a leading national and international online source of knowledge and other materials informing policy and practice in Indigenous health. By making research and other high quality health-related information readily and freely accessible, the HealthlnfoNet contributes to closing the gap in health between Indigenous and other Australians. 

The HealthlnfoNets translation research (TR), at which it is a world leader with a population-health focus, addresses the knowledge needs of multiple stakeholders - policy-makers, health service providers, program managers, Indigenous health workers, clinicians and other health professionals, researchers, students and the general community. 

This is the strategic leadership role for the Centre with responsibilities for making significant contributions to strategic planning, developing collaborative networks and partnerships, securing sustainable funding grants, and overseeing and contributing to the HealthlnfoNet's knowledge exchange research activities.

Your CV will evidence your senior leadership, academic, and/or industry experience as outlined in the attached Role Statement.  Appointment at Academic Level D or E would require a PhD qualification and / or substantial progress towards completion, and/or senior industry experience to evidence academic equivalency to a doctorate.
