About the Role:

You would be joining a passionate team of highly motivated Educators. The role will involve developing an educational program. Working alongside our child studies department maintaining currency as well as being a mentor for students. 

This is a Full Time Fixed Term position (1FTE, 38 hours per week) at a HEP 3 Classification level with the salary range of $61,089 per annum - $67,448 per annum, plus 17% superannuation. *Ideally, the successful candidate can manage a 9 day fortnight by working extended hours per day to accrue an RDO. 

Duties:

An example of your responsibilities or duties you may perform will include:

  • Work cohesively in a team 
  • Care for and educate for children from 6 months to 6 years of age
  • Develop an educational program and document children’s learning.

About You:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education is required 
  • Have solid knowledge of the EYLF and Regulations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Dedicated to work alongside an experienced and supportive team to create an educational play based program based on children’s interests and intentional teaching.
