About the Role 

As the Digital Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing plans and campaigns across the University’s platforms including websites, social media, and email.

Your role will initially focus on the campaigns for Flinders’ new city campus - Festival Plaza in support of the marketing, communications, and engagement strategy. Key to this is understanding consumer journeys to design automated campaigns using personalised digital content that enhances the customer experience and drives action to meet KPIs.

In this role you will also:

  • Use data and analytics to report on and optimise digital campaigns.

  • Contribute to the facilitation and management of digital leads.

  • Develop digital campaigns to engage with prospective domestic students, including webpages and EDMs.

  • Develop, maintain, and improve digital systems and platforms including Customer Relationship Management/Marketing Automation (CRM/MA).

About You 

You will be a talented Digital Recruitment Coordinator, ready to hit the ground running in the delivery of creative, innovative and integrated digital campaigns focusing on student recruitment. Adaptability, initiative, and high-level communication skills will be the key to your success allowing you to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and with a diverse group of stakeholders.  You will be tech savvy and a quick learner who is always up to date with changing product features and services which you use to develop and deliver plans whilst looking for ways to improve future outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will also demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related field or demonstrated equivalent skills and experience.

  • Experience in a marketing and or sales environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and achieving business outcomes.

  • Knowledge of and experience in digital marketing and marketing automation, including SEO and SEM, preferably within a complex organization.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Marketo will be an advantage.

  • An understanding of the Australian higher education sector is desirable.
