Overview
Digital and Campus Services provides a responsive, integrated and customer-orientated service that brings together the digital and physical environments for students and staff, supporting their teaching, learning, research and administrative needs. Our purpose is to provide fit-for-purpose and innovative planning and delivery services that contribute to the success of ECU as a vibrant and progressive University.

The Digital Programs and Projects team works in consultation with stakeholders to deliver digital programs and projects across the University. The team is responsible for whole project lifecycle including scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution and handover.


The Role

Under the direction of the Manager Digital Programs and Projects, this position is responsible for the day to day operations of the PMO, including planning, scheduling, reporting and administrative activities.

Note: this is an ongoing backfill position which is only available for one day a week on a Friday.

Required skills and experience
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of project, program and change management principles.
• Experienced in contributing to project scoping and planning
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvement.
• Previous experience in working with project management tools and portfolio systems.

Benefits & Remuneration
This part time ongoing position attracts remuneration of $81,357 - $87,776 (HEW 6) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
