Your new role

Are you a strong leader, passionate about driving innovation and delivering impactful products?
We are actively seeking two experienced individuals to join our team as Digital Product Managers.  The Digital Product Manager plays a crucial role in our university, taking ownership of assigned digital products. These products could include technologies, platforms, or services. As a Digital Product Manager, you will define the product strategy and roadmap, considering alignment with university goals. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, adoption, and satisfaction related to your product portfolio; collaborate closely with our strategic partners and vendors, represent the product throughout its lifecycle, and ensure alignment with both internal and partner/ vendor roadmaps.
As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap, considering alignment with vendor support and product roadmaps.
  • Stay attuned to emerging use cases and incorporate them into the product vision.
  • Continuously assess how to maximize business value from the products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business processes and functional requirements.
  • Act as the product evangelist, communicating benefits to enterprise architecture, project portfolio, procurement, and change management teams.
  • Represent the product during design, development, testing, release, updates, and ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Regularly monitor and manage product usage; and provide insightful reports on the impact of the product.
  We are looking for someone with:
  • Extensive product management experience
  • Track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycles.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of software development and cloud technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, providing clear guidance and trusted advice, with the ability to set strategic direction and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in roadmap development, and product analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

As this is a permanent position,

you will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role to be considered.

This position is

based at our Curtin Bentley campus

, candidates are expected to either be currently located in Perth, WA, or express a willingness to relocate. Please note: Relocation and sponsorship support will not be provided for this position.
