About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to write, edit, and publish content across a variety of channels including websites, automated marketing campaigns, and other platforms, to ensure exceptional user experience.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work within Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), and with our web and international digital recruitment team, to deliver iterative improvements to the prospective student journey in support of Flinders International’s marketing and recruitment objectives.

This role will also play a pivotal role in:

  • Enhancing and maintaining the Flinders International component of the website - along with the China and Vietnam region-focused microsites - ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate and consistent with University brand guidelines and policies

  • Supporting the Marketing Communications Partner in planning, executing, optimising and reporting on paid marketing campaigns in key market regions on platforms such as Google Ads and social media channels.

About You 

The successful applicant will be a challenge-seeker, with a high level of problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

 You will have proven knowledge of best practice principles and standards for digital content across web, social and email marketing, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to optimise for UX and UI.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Completion of a degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and/or education and/or training.

  • Experience in writing, editing and proofreading content for digital channels.

  • High level of interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in an expanding team and with internal stakeholders.

  • Understanding of industry best practices and the ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures, including content delivery standards, usability and accessibility.

Experience in Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress and Marketo will be an advantage.
