  • Salary from $84,539 - $92,941 per annum (plus superannuation)


About the Role 

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Officer to play a vital part in delivering UniSA Online’s national integrated marketing plan. In this role you’ll be responsible for optimising and implementing digital marketing campaign elements across automations, CRM improvements, paid search strategies and other digital tactics. You will champion best practice techniques in this area making data-led decisions to improve performance, maximise engagement and meet quarterly targets.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop digital marketing campaigns across paid search, CRM and other applications to deliver UniSA Online’s integrated marketing plan and meet commencing student targets
  • Optimise the performance of digital marketing activities, including (for example) EDM nurtures, social media and digital content for prospective and continuing student communication campaigns
  • With the Communications Coordinator, create, design and deliver content across all digital platforms ensuring accuracy and relevance to specific target audiences
  • Develop high-level knowledge of UniSA Online’s academic programs in order to be a resource for coordinating and maximising contribution to University marketing activities
  • Provide expert advice on digital marketing and web applications and technologies, by considering the University’s accessibility and useability framework

Essential Skills and Experience 
  • Sound demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital communications, including paid and organic search as part of integrated marketing campaigns for a wide range of audiences
  • Experience in the development of best practice digital customer engagement and CRM marketing automation activities
  • Experience and skill in the use of web authoring and multimedia technologies, including understanding of web accessibility guidelines
  • High level interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the proven ability to successfully negotiate and interact with stakeholders, both within and external to the University 
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing and interpreting data and statistics and preparing marketing analysis and reports
