  • Full-time, fixed term contract until 28 August 2021, based at City West campus
  • Salary range: $88,634 - $99,510 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to manage continuous improvements and optimisation of the University’s digital marketing environments, with an emphasis online customer behaviour analysis and the use of digital marketing analytics to deliver business outcomes.

About UniSA

Working closely with the wider Communications and Marketing unit staff, the Digital Marketing team manage UniSA’s online profile and customer engagement through a variety of digital channels, platforms and applications. The team is responsible for the University’s corporate web presence; paid and organic search performance; marketing automation, systems and CRM; and digital marketing analytics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and project management skills to complex digital projects
  • Manages the University paid search advertising strategy and organic search optimisation
  • Coordinate digital reporting and dashboards
  • Build the corporate website presence via the CMS
  • Optimise content and ensure the UX remains dynamic

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in digital marketing, analytics, IT, web development, marketing, communications or a related discipline with additional experience as a specialist or equivalent demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience
  • Experience in managing digital analytics analysing customer behaviour and reporting
  • Proficient across various digital technologies, including CMS, CRM and marketing automation platforms, Google Business Suite (AdWords, Analytics, Keyword Planner) and social channels
  • Experience leading web development for a service or marketing purpose
