The role
The ANU Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) is looking for a Digital Education Design Lead to provide pedagogical leadership in overseeing the creation of standards and principles for learning design and assessment across the ANU. The Digital Education Design Lead will lead a team of Digital Education Designers to develop course templates, shells, exemplars and showcase sites, and will create and lead the digital learning ecosystem support program for ANU academics.  

The Digital Education Design Lead is part of the Education Design team within CLT. The position works in close collaboration with the Associate Director, Education Design, the Digital Learning Lead, and will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including Associate Deans of Education, IT Services Division, academic staff and college-based educational support staff.

The Education Design Team contributes to the ANU Learning & Teaching Strategy by providing innovative educational-design expertise through collaborations with teaching staff across the University. The team is responsible for partnerships with the colleges to facilitate the redesign of courses to promote interactive, student-centred, research-led learning and teaching.
