About the Role
As the Digital Content Producer, you'll work closely with our Manager International Digital Recruitment and Marketing Communications Partner to create engaging content that tells the stories of our international students and attract and retain new students.
You'll have the opportunity to use your skills in web design and authoring, copywriting, social media, and email marketing to develop innovative and effective campaigns that make a real impact.
You'll be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our international website, coordinating the creation of short and long-form content, and bringing campaigns to life across web and social media channels.
You'll work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that our content is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with our brand guidelines and policies. And you'll have the freedom to experiment with new ideas and approaches to digital content creation, driving innovation and growth across the international portfolio.
We're looking for a self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who's comfortable working with culturally and linguistically diverse audiences. You'll have a degree in communications, media studies, marketing, or a related discipline, and a passion for digital marketing and storytelling.
This role is based in our beautiful Bedford Park campus, with flexibility to work at our city campus with opportunities for local and international travel.

About You:
You are a skilled and confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal abilities. You thrive on taking the lead, working autonomously and adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
As our ideal candidate, you understand the value of communicating with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and have a passion for connecting with prospective international students. You will enjoy the variety of tasks that this role brings and appreciate the rewarding opportunity to be proactive and engaged in your work.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Completed a degree in communications, media studies, marketing, or a related discipline, with relevant subsequent experience; or an equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training.
Proven experience in producing, writing, editing, and proofreading digital content that caters to diverse audiences.
Thorough knowledge of best practices and principles for digital content production and distribution, including information architecture, UX and UI, page design, content management, and SEO.
The ability to interpret and apply relevant policies and procedures and sound knowledge of industry best practices.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro for basic creative and video production is highly desirable.
