  • Part-time (0.6FTE), fixed term contract until 1 February 2025 based in the Enterprise Partnerships Unit at the City West Campus
  • Commencement Salary: $76,304 (pro rata) per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About You 

You are an experienced Digital and Design officer with refined skills in the development and implementation of web and digital marketing solutions. You can work across multiple projects with competing deadlines, providing advice considering the University’s accessibility and usability framework to see positive outcomes. You seize opportunities and provide solutions through logical, creative and innovative thinking and consultative decision making. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Deputy Director: Business Innovation, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web presence and creating design concepts, using digital and web media platforms as well as creating design for web and marketing materials. 

About the Enterprise Partnerships Unit 

The Enterprise Partnerships Unit is the primary form of engagement between UniSA and industry. It works with organisations of all sizes to overcome challenges, innovate and add value. We create and sustain partnerships, drawing on the energy and expertise of our staff, research, and collaborators to produce mutually beneficial outcomes. 

The Innovation & Collaboration Centre (ICC) is UniSA’s startup incubator, part funded by the South Australian Government supporting technology-based incubation and business growth. The ICC engaged with the community through the delivery of community events, workshops and programs which draw on the research and professional expertise of UniSA and our partners, to support the generation of new startups and the growth of existing companies. The ICC is headquartered in Adelaide and has a regional centre in Whyalla, South Australia.  

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Experience in web development, including information architecture, design, writing, editing and construction, including skills in HTML, ASP, JavaScript, CSS, XML and Flash 
  • High-level creativity and innovative design skills 
  • Demonstrated experience and skill in the use of web authoring and multimedia technologies, including understanding of web accessibility guidelines 
  • Project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment 
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills and experience in liaising effectively with a wide variety of staff across all levels of an organisation
