CQUniversity’s Digital Experience team, within the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate, plays a critical role in generating interest in CQUniversity, and providing expertise and leadership to the organisation across its digital platforms including campaigns, search, web, social media and analytics.

 

As a specialist in the Digital Experience team, you will work with key stakeholders to manage the University's end-to-end digital performance tracking, including the planning, coordination, implementation and maintenance of the required digital marketing and audience analytics tools. With an advanced understanding of search, display, web and social media platforms and platform management software, your role will be integral in utilising available resources to drive business decisions.

 

You will implement strategies for measuring and providing performance data and insights across multiple digital channels to enable the University to make evidence-based decisions extending from digital campaigns through to personalisation and website optimisations. This will require experience and understanding of data visualisation tools, Google Analytics, tag management and reporting automation.

Position Requirements

 

  • A relevant degree, with four years subsequent experience, or extensive experience and expertise in technical or administrative fields.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen to understand impact of digital marketing in respect to business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop and implement digital projects including knowledge and experience in Google Marketing Platforms, SEO, SEM and content management systems, UX web design, and social media and advertising.
  • Proven ability to measure ROI of digital marketing, eCommerce and online conversion for true business impact on strategic objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with a range of software, web tools, and social media platforms.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
