The Global Brand and Marketing Directorate at CQUniversity is primarily charged with generating interest in the University, and activity and goal shared by all departments. The University’s Digital Experience team plays a critical role, not only within the Global Brand and Marketing Directorate, but also across the University, providing expertise and leadership across our digital platforms including campaigns, search, web, social media and analytics.

 

This role will see you work with the Digital Experience team and key stakeholders to manage the University's end-to-end digital performance tracking, including the planning, coordination, implementation and maintenance of the required digital marketing and audience analytics tools. With an advanced understanding of search, display, web and social media platforms and platform management software, this role will be integral in utilising available resources to drive business decisions.

 

You will implement strategies for measuring and providing performance data and insights across multiple digital channels to enable the University to make evidence-based decisions extending from digital campaigns through to personalisation and website optimisations. This will require experience and understanding of data visualisation tools, Google Analytics, tag management and reporting automation.

 

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital innovation, who can deliver meaningful insights, technology integrations and communicate reporting and strategies for improvement to multiple stakeholder groups across the organisation. Position Requirements

 

  • A relevant degree, with four years subsequent experience, or extensive experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields.
  • Proven ability to measure ROI of digital marketing, eCommerce and online conversion for true business impact on strategic objectives.
  • Strong business and marketing acumen to understand impact of digital marketing in respect to business objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with a range of software and web tools, including large enterprise web content management systems and social media platforms.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and administrative experience with a demonstrated commitment to continual improvement, innovation and learning to achieve goals.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, develop and implement digital projects including knowledge and experience in Google Marketing Platforms, SEO, SEM and content management systems, UX web design, and social media and advertising.
