Position Summary

The Digital Advisor at RMIT Vietnam contributes to success by delivering a well-managed publishing service that follows best practices. They create an engaging platform for accessing information, engaging with RMIT, and achieving business results. This role focuses on providing high-quality services and advice to diverse stakeholders, ensuring innovative website management. The Digital Advisor oversees digital content requirements for various audiences, reporting to senior management and providing valuable insights for discussions and solutions.

Reports to:                        Marketing Web Manager


Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure and contribute to university-wide web governance, content architecture, page optimisation and publishing services, ensuring high quality input, timeliness, efficiency, consistency, and alignment to strategy.
  • Generate and communicate regular reporting and data analysis on content and site performance for the Web Team and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and planned delivery of publishing services.
  • Create, develop, and facilitate a variety of training and workshops to key stakeholders on web functions, user and customer experience, site management and best practice.
  • Deliver a best practice approach to site management, usage, and optimal engagement to accelerate delivery of our strategy.


Key Selection Criteria

  • Relevant degree and at least 4 years of experience in a similar digital advisory role in an international organization.
  • Understanding of Agile planning, processes, and measurement contributing to organizational objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or collaboratively, and effectively engage with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Passion for delivering creative and impactful web experiences, with attention to detail and information security.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of new media and digital technology for improved outcomes.
  • Familiarity with digital publishing, content management systems, and adherence to web guidelines.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and the Adobe Suite of products would be advantageous.
