  • 2 x Full-time fixed term contracts to 31 December 2023
  • Salary range: $64,166 to $72,321 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role

Joining the UniSA Online unit as Degree Adviser, you will be the first point of contact in providing information to prospective students, raising the profile of UniSA Online degrees, and giving an individual and tailored customer service experience. With your extensive knowledge of our new degree offerings and application procedures, you will respond to queries and convert prospective student enquiries into enrolled UniSA Online students. You will be responsible for responding to phone, live chat and online web form enquiries as well as conducting outbound calling campaigns. You will also assess applications for eligibility and process the admission of students into their program of study.

This role may be required to participate in rostered shifts over seven (7) days. Hours, shifts and work patterns can be requested to balance an individual’s personal commitments with operational requirements.
