Salary package: $109,945 - $117,567 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Term: Full time, Fixed term (up to 2 years)

The Role
The role of Data Information Systems Specialist will:

  • Play a leading role in scientific data informatics technology
  • Evaluate and improve the quality, integration and interoperability of data information systems including automation
  • Contribute to user engagement, training and reporting
  • Maintain currency with data management information system advances

Skills and Requirements
Solid software development skills (Python experience desirable)

  • Experience in Linux System Administration preferred (automation with Puppet/Ansible desirable extra)
  • Experience with Elastic (ELK) Stack desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Helpful and supportive team member
