(HEO5) $72,832 to $80,983 per annum (pro rata) plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply

Customer facing role providing information about South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) services and processes. 

Working under general direction, the Customer Enquiries Officer provides a comprehensive information and enquiry service to applicants and other members of the public via telephone, in-person, email and/or other communication medium, as well as contributing to specific administrative and invigilation support duties. 

 This role would suit a customer service focused individual who thrives on providing high quality information services via a variety of mediums including telephone, email and face to face. 

To be successful you will need:  

  • Proven dedication to customer service. 
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, with a high-level of attention to detail. 
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proven keyboard skills and demonstrated familiarity with standard office applications. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work constructively in a team.

The South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) Limited provides reliable, efficient and innovative tertiary admissions services to its member institutions and on a fee for service basis to other tertiary education institutions in South Australia and the Northern Territory.  

SATAC manages centralised application and admissions processes on behalf of its members and participating fee for service institutions, as well as administering admissions aptitude tests, providing publication and research services, and acting as a one-stop shop for queries regarding application processes and outcomes.
