Your new role

Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic, and student-oriented individual with a passion for supporting others? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as the next Curtin Connect Officer - Future Student Engagement and be the first point of contact for students embarking on their educational journey!

As a Curtin Connect Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support and guidance to prospective students across the entire student lifecycle. In this full-time role, you will have a strong focus on future student engagement, data collection and providing support and resources to those wanting to further their education.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will have the ability to manage a high volume of enquiries across various channels - face to face, over the phone, online such as live chat, and the customer relationship management system. We are seeking a customer service champion who is a natural problem solver and can prioritise their time effectively. If you have a background in marketing and engagement, we are keen to hear from you, however this is not an essential requirement.

You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
