About the Role
This is an opportunity to be a leader and a mentor in the Data Driven Marketing team. You will support the management, optimization and execution of the marketing strategy incorporating data inputs, audience design, multichannel communications, reporting and analysis via the Salesforce OneCRM platform.

You’ll work on Salesforce, seeking opportunities to automate where possible, to achieve business objectives via ongoing , optimised CRM based communications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead discussion on use of CRM to support University Advancement targets and campaigns lead by UC&M, proactively provide strategic advice to optimise use of marketing channels and data to deliver ROI.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize highly effective CRM communications strategies ensuring effective and timely delivery of end-to-end campaigns to meet campaign requirements, regularly providing recommendations for improvement across all stages of the prospective student pipeline.
  • Proactively design, develop and optimise the CRM customer journey for Recruitment digital channels to deliver on business objectives, aligned to the overall Marketing, Digital UX and Recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns across the UC&M function to achieve targets.

Who we are looking for
Are you interested in customer relationship management, and want to develop your skills in a University environment? You should be an effective communicator with stakeholder management experience, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity.

You will also have:

  • Demonstrated work experience within relevant marketing and communications field and tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, finance, business, analytical or other relevant discipline
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing solutions and techniques and an understanding of the key University customer journeys.
  • Expertise in applying web analytics and producing concise, salient and applicable management reporting.
  • Numerate and ability to conduct business analysis making recommendations on how to optimise CRM marketing activity.
  • Solid knowledge of and experience with business analysis reporting platforms such as MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as other reporting solutions e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Data Studio
