We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Creative Coordinator with effective interpersonal and communication skills—proven experience in receiving briefs, trafficking production, brand governance, workflow management systems, and deadlines.

The Creative Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of key marketing and recruitment collateral, including corporate communication materials, campaign assets, major prospective student publications, external digital advertising materials and general print, photographic and display items. The Creative Coordinator is required to work collaboratively with University staff and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and are of a high quality.

Working under general direction from the Head of Creative the Creative Coordinator helps ensure ongoing enhancement of—and adherence to—the Universities Brand Standards. Positively and consistently enhancing the profile of the University of Adelaide brand and its products/services in line with the University’s values and organising idea; make history.

To be successful you will need:

  • Experience in working as part of an effective team within a high-volume, client-oriented, creative/production marketing environment.   
  • Demonstrated understanding of branding and marketing principles and the potential challenges associated with delivering a consistent brand to the market. 
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong client relationships and delivering successful work and outcomes.
  • Strong organisation, negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe creative application
