Overview
ECU is looking for a highly motivated and proactive Corporate Training Manager to join the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) provides a centre for excellence in the education and training of the performing arts and allied disciplines. Based in Perth, it has a national presence and an international reputation.

Reporting to the Executive Dean, WAAPA, and working closely with the leadership team, this is a newly created position. The successful candidate will lead the development and management of WAAPA corporate training opportunities for a range of industry based clients seeking to develop workforce capabilities in the areas of communication and presentation skills.

You will be supported by teams including WAAPA Marketing and WAAPA Operations, and be able to work both independently and as part of a larger team.

To be successful you will be able to proactively identify, plan, develop a commercially viable corporate training strategy. The role involves the development and ongoing relationship management with clients to ensure each training opportunity delivers an outstanding experience. Significant experience in the Performing Arts context is highly desirable.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, fixed term position attracts a salary of $103,263 to $116,306 (HEW 8) pa.
