  • Two full-time, fixed term contracts ending September 2023 and May 2024
  • Salary: $64,166 per annum (plus superannuation)

About the Role

The Corporate Sponsor Officer is responsible for coordinating a number of administrative aspects of the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute’s Corporate Sponsorship Program. As guided by the Coordinator: Corporate Sponsorship Program, the Corporate Sponsor Officer acts as a contact point for the Institute’s clients (Corporate Sponsors), and works closely with the Institute’s Directors and senior research staff to arrange seminar presentations, appointments and associated services for them.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as contact point to the Institute’s Corporate Sponsors, and the liaison between the Institute’s researchers and clients
  • Coordinate administrative aspects of the Corporate Sponsorship Program and ensure a high level of quality service is provided to Sponsors
  • Coordination of seminars and arranging logistics
  • Review and assess seminar requirements for Sponsors
  • Maintain and revise a current database of Corporate Sponsors

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced executive support or office administration role, with highly developed attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and associated tasks
  • Highly developed written, oral and interpersonal communication skills appropriate to successfully communicating with a diverse range of people at all levels. In particular experience communicating with senior business people from the private sector
  • Commitment to high quality customer service
  • Capacity to work autonomously and to contribute to a small team
  • Highly developed organisational ability including experience in meeting deadlines and prioritising competing demands
  • Problem solving and planning skills with proven use of initiative to meet objectives
