About the Role
The Corporate Content Officer is responsible for implementing and coordinating a broad range of marketing, branding and publicity activities and administration, and developing associated materials and collateral. Activities will be aligned to support the annual marketing plan and promote the Ehrenberg- Bass Institute (the Institute), its research programs and services, including the Ehrenberg-Bass Sponsorship Program and contract research services, together with increasing the reach and profile of the Institute nationally and internationally. This role is part of the Institute’s Commercial Team.
This position and the specific work therein is required for a two-year period. The work activity associated with this project is expected to be completed within the anticipated timeframe of the contract duration. The milestones underpinning the engagement are incorporated into the core responsibilities of the position.

The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science is an internationally renowned centre for research in marketing. The Institute’s research into consumer behaviour is directly sponsored by leading international marketing companies. The Institute also conducts a substantial amount of contract research for industry, including qualitative work, internet surveys and modelling work, and regularly wins large government grants. The Institute is the brand for all marketing research conducted by UniSA Business, and the Institute’s research streams are run by academic staff from across UniSA Business and a select group of international adjunct academics.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement and coordinate activities that support the annual marketing plan, and promote knowledge, awareness and support for the Institute and its associated research programs, books and services
- Provide broad ranging support across the Ehrenberg-Bass Sponsorship Program and market research activities
- Coordinate activities across the Institute that drive profile and brand awareness (locally, nationally, internationally)
- Coordination and support of marketing administration activities
- Undertaking project management of marketing activities and providing project support to the Commercial Coordinator
Essential Skills and Experience
- Post-secondary qualification in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated experience supporting the provision of contemporary marketing and branding principles
- Experience in planning, implementing and coordinating a broad range of marketing services, including digital/online together with demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and branding activities
- Experience in developing a range of marketing materials, tools, collateral, and publications.
- Experience in project management and/or strong coordination and organisation attributes, the ability to prioritise and problem solve and manage time effectively
- High level communication skills that incorporate the ability to write professionally and succinctly, as well as being an excellent listener
