Overview

The School of Arts and Humanities offers a large and diverse mix of courses that offer exciting professional and vocational opportunities designed to equip graduates with the knowledge and skills needed to live, work and contribute to the complex technological and creative culture of the 21st Century.

We are seeking a customer-focused, enthusiastic and capable technological native, with experience and achievement in online content development, management and publication.


The Coordinator, Web Content, role manages the online content of four School websites and is responsible for planning, developing, documenting and maintaining content to ensure it is current, accurate and of high quality. The position also provides staff with advice, support, and guidance in relation to presenting and publishing in a contemporary online environment, and provides additional support to marketing activities as requires.

Along with Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, the successful candidate will have:

1. Demonstrated experience in the management and maintenance of CMS websites, including effective engagement with stakeholder;
2. Demonstrated knowledge of usability, accessibility, and contemporary online web publishing standards;
3. Knowledge and experience of Search Engine Optimisation, CMS platforms, Google Analytics, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Creative Cloud;
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills; and
5. An ability to manage multiple demands, solve problems, and function with minimal supervision.

Benefits & Remuneration

This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $79,757 to $86,176 PA plus University superannuation contribution.
