In an exciting era of new leadership, and as we implement a new, future orientated service delivery model, we are looking to appoint a Coordinator: People Central to coordinate our new staff and manager facing HR service hub called ‘People Central’. People Central will bring together core HR services and operations support making it easier for staff to know where to go for swift resolution of their day-to-day employment-related queries and to access consistent advice and support.

Joining the people team at UniSA as we transition to a new structure, you will directly contribute to the transformation of our service delivery model by ensuring optimal service delivery of a range of People Central services across the University.

About the Role

The Coordinator: People Central is a newly created role which provides the opportunity to shape People Central’s processes and systems.

As a people-focused team member, you will play an integral role in utilising processes and systems to support the optimal delivery of a range of service across the employee lifecycle. A systems subject matter expert, you will coordinate and provide systems and process training to the People Central team and ensure that continuous improvement is a hallmark of the team’s commitment to service excellence.

About you

You will be a holistic thinker who understands how systems and processes interact to support service delivery. With a mindset that’s always on the lookout for continuous improvement opportunities and incorporating best practice HR, you will thrive in a complex environment and be motivated to contribute to a new era of service delivery to staff across the University. To be successful in the position you will be able to demonstrate:

  • An ability to coordinate the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR related procedures and administrative systems, and in the context of digital systems to deliver a quality service across diverse work environments
  • Knowledge of HRM systems and the ability to review and provide system solutions to deliver service outcomes
  • Knowledge of and experience in developing and delivering quality, customer focussed services, including in the contexts of an online environment and personalised service
  • Analytical, research and business writing skills and a sound understanding of business processes across a complex organisation
