About the position

Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Undertake project work including scope reconciliation, capacity planning, task time analysis, sprint planning, subject allocation and preparing written reports with recommendations, actions and implementation plans. 
• Continuous improvement both within and at the end of each semester through the effective use of data analytics and focused user research, gathering feedback as necessary.
• Contribute to learning design showcase events.
• Monitor, gather and compile data and status reports relating to key project milestones and outcomes.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have;

• An undergraduate degree in any area relevant to the position with at least 4 years subsequent experience; or extensive experience and management expertise; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data analytics.
• Strong research skills, with the capability to undertake surveys, focus groups and user testing.
• Strong organisation and information management skills.
