The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 7 - $89,515 to $97,809 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst, Orange, Wagga Wagga (other locations may be considered)

The Coordinator, International Student Support is a new role with a key focus of leading a high performing team that coordinates the onboarding and support to international students.

This is a highly collaborative role that is heavily involved in the development, continuous improvement, and implementation of engagement and retention projects, as well as support services more broadly for international students.

This role also supports university compliance with internal and Government regulations and policies relating to international student support.

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous experience with developing, leading, motivating and training a high performing service-oriented team
  • Experience in developing, evaluating, and driving the improvement of services for a diverse client group
  • Experience in interpreting and applying internal obligations and complex Government legislation, policies, and guidelines.
