About the position

The Coordinator, Campus and Cohort Activations, is responsible for the coordination of, a suite of student-facing events and activities for students of varying cohorts and across all campuses.

The Coordinator, is responsible for the planning, delivery and evaluation of a comprehensive, targeted, and dynamic student events calendar, including the delivery of core components of the institution-wide hybrid orientation program, driving an activation program to enhance the student experience.

Some of the duties associated with this position include providing Effective cross-campus stakeholder engagement, coordinating student volunteers or casuals to support events and activities including via rostering, communication, contributing to training programs and via on-site supervision and contributing to the collaborative planning and monitoring of program budgets and decision making on the deployment of resources and services.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have

  • Degree with subsequent relevant experience to consolidate the theories and principles learned, or extensive experience, leading to either the development of specialist expertise or to the development of broad knowledge in an administrative field, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of a comprehensive event schedule that meets cohort-specific needs.
  • Organisational project management skills to deliver projects/events on time and on budget.
  • Proven experience with establishing and implementing processes improvements with multiple stakeholders with varying needs.
