The primary purpose of the Agent management coordinator is to coordinate agent management governance strategies and activities and support Deakin International to improve efficiency and meet strategic objectives by providing a focal point for expert administrative advice and guidance to Deakin International’s Business Continuity group.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of agent management procedures in accordance with ESOS Act and National Code of Practice requirements
  • Coordination of agent agreements, appointment, review and due diligence in accordance with university procedure
  • Preparation of agent review data including but not limited to surveys, formal and informal feedback, enrolment, visa and release data to support agent quality assurance
  • Coordination of analysis and review of agent quality control activities, complaints and agent recognition activities
  • Prepare reports and data to stakeholders in relation to agent performance
  • Provide high level administrative support for Deakin International initiatives and projects and when required to the Pro Vice Chancellor International.
  • Manage the appointment of agent representatives and the appointment/renewal of offshore staff in collaboration with the University Solicitors office.
  • Develop, coordinate and maintain Deakin International scholarships and bursary proposals and quotas and liaise with International Admissions to ensure seamless scholarship offering in accordance with recruitment priorities

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • An equivalent combination of training and experience or a Post-secondary/Graduate/Postgraduate qualification
  • Experience with ESOS Act and National Code of Practice
  • Proven administrative experience in high volume organisations
  • Experience in undertaking project work
  • Experience working with cross-cultural or international environment, with the ability to deal and communicate effectively with people from a wide range of cultures, many of whom have English as a second language
  • Demonstrated experience in the continuous improvement of business processes to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness
