The Role

  • Fixed term (up to 13 months), Full time
  • Level 7 - $95,414 to $104,255 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Port Macquarie, Orange or Wagga Wagga (hybrid working arrangements may be negotiated)

You will be responsible for the management of the end-to-end tender and contracts management process for goods and services related to projects on the Capital Plan. 

You will work closely with and build effective relationships with the Campus Development Project Officer to ensure they have consistent and accurate procurement documentation, maintain due process and timeliness and track data and metrics. You will also champion process improvement to ensure efficiency and industry best practice. 

To be successful you will have:

  • Relevant qualifications and/or specialist expertise 
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work across multiple, complex projects with competing demands and tight timeframes
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of the team and self-motivate
