About the Role
Swinburne Edge has a unique opportunity for a Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) Administrator to play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience for both students and customers.
Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Experience, you will be responsible for managing a variety of client issues and enquiries, demonstrating a dedication to outstanding customer service. Your role will involve creating and producing reports to support administrative functions, requiring strong reporting skills and meticulous attention to detail.
In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will contribute to assessing and processing Domestic applications, short course applications, Pre-Training Reviews, and Skills First assessments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working across multiple CRMs and Student Management systems are essential for success in this role.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong conflict resolution skills, the ability to work calmly under pressure, and a commitment to upholding service levels and quality standards. Furthermore, the role includes providing online support to workshop facilitators, showcasing flexibility and dedication to ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Because of this, some Saturday work is also required.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high-quality reporting, administrative and support services within a demanding and client focused environment.
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills with a willingness to go out of their way to ensure that the customer is satisfied.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good time management and organization skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met with excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of a diploma and subsequent relevant work experience; or a combination of relevant experience and education training.
