About the opportunity
Marketing and Communications is a professional unit responsible for communicating the University’s values and messages in ways that target audiences – including prospective students, current students, academics, staff, alumni, donors and external influencers – so they notice and understand, and which prompt them to action.
We are seeking a Content and Governance Coordinator who will maintain and ensure the integrity of our highly visited, Sydney Courses website. The Content and Governance Officer, Sydney Courses is responsible for ensuring content is accurately maintained to provide the most relevant information for our prospective students as well as meeting our governance requirements.
About you
- previous experience working in a similar role and providing project management, governance and planning support within a dynamic environment
- experience developing, embedding, reviewing and maintaining governance matrix
- high level oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- elevated stakeholder management skills and proactive consultation with leaders, delivering creative and contemporary advice and solutions
- flexibility in their organisation and planning skills to balance competing agendas and demands in a fast paced, time pressured environment
- an agile and flexible approach that can pivot and contribute to overall team success.
