  • Commencement Salary: $76,304 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

Working as part of our People Services portfolio and reporting to the Senior Consultant: Recruitment Central, you will work as part of the high energy, high performing Recruitment Central team to promote and deliver quality, value-adding best practice recruitment services across the University.

Core Responsibilities

  • Facilitate full recruitment campaigns, including the development of campaign strategies, defining selection processes, shortlisting and longlisting, phone screening, preparing interview questions and tasks
  • Facilitate panel discussions, reference checking, qualifications verifications, and other pre-employment screening tasks
  • Build and maintain internal and external networks and credible working relationships with key stakeholders, including PTC colleagues and hiring managers

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in best practice recruitment and strategy
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently and use compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others
  • High-level interpersonal skills, with proven experience in actively engaging with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, including the ability to be resourceful, prioritise work to manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively within a team to manage tight timelines
  • Experience in identifying, developing, and implementing system and process improvements
