  • 1 x continuing position and 1 x fixed term contract until 13 January 2023
  • Commencement Salary: $82,077 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

We have a new HR Services model, People Central, and working as part of this team you will respond to queries about policies, procedures, practice and approach across the employment lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve workflow processes and customer support services.

Tertiary qualifications in the discipline of Human Resources or demonstrated relevant skills, knowledge and experience in an HR environment is essential. You will also have successful experience in working across a complex and diverse environment to achieve business objectives through its people.

Building strong and effective working relationships with your stakeholders will be a primary focus for you, with a commitment to delivering a quality and responsive customer service. Proven ability in providing accurate and timely solutions and advice through multiple customer contact channels is essential to your success in this role.
