In this role you will work as a member of the Student Living Support Team and be responsible for triaging, offering quality community wellbeing support for community and individual intervention affecting both academic performance and challenges faced when living out of home for the first time. The position will offer administrative and clerical support services to ensure timely and consistent community wellbeing support as part of the Student Living Support team. The role will be administrative and front-facing with a strong customer-focused service delivery. The role will work closely with the clinical Health and Wellbeing Coordinator and Student Living Support Coordinator managing community concerns and wellbeing to maintain an inclusive, safe, supportive and vibrant Student Living experience for all residents.
This Fixed Term position is full time until the end of the year at a HEW 5 Higher Education Level and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

The Newcastle Student Living Support Team supports the provision of a positive and vibrant on-campus residential community to foster academic, social and personal growth of residential students. The Student Living Support team adopts a restorative approach in responding to community concerns, with the objective to support residents in their journey of becoming Life-Ready graduates.
