It is an exciting time to join the University of Sydney Veterinary Teaching Hospital! We are building a new future that we want you to be a part of. A program of redevelopment is underway to become a flagship veterinary teaching hospital. Be part of building the future of veterinary clinical education at the University of Sydney.
As part of the School of Veterinary Science which is ranked #1 in the Southern Hemisphere, the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital Sydney (UVTHS) provides a clinical learning experience for veterinary students with staff engaged in professional training programs through provision of veterinary services to the public.
The Faculty of Science is currently seeking a Clinical Education Support Officer to work closely with the School’s Educational Designer and the education support team, supporting the provision of a broad range of educational support services to clinical academic and teaching staff, ensuring the needs of the work area are met effectively and efficiently.

The UVTHS provides caseload for students to complete their veterinary studies. In order to generate this caseload, the UVTHS operates as a commercial enterprise providing specialist and general services to the local and wider community of CBD and inner western Sydney. Working closely with the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital Sydney Academics, Professional veterinarians, nurses and other support staff, you will ensure day-to-day operations are carried out as business as usual to support student learning in the hospital.
