About the Role

As the Client Service Officer, you will focus on international partnerships and providing support for international recruitment priorities. You will work closely with different teams within Flinders International and the University to map and review student delivery pathways. This will involve accurate data reporting, obtaining relevant information as necessary and managing new and existing pathway partners. This position will develop initiatives to assist in attaining student recruitment targets and is key to supporting the end-to-end service delivery that links international strategy with operational delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be analytical and have a great eye for detail. You can write complex proposals and business plans in the context of higher education and for a range of different audiences. You use your initiative to diligently plan, set priorities and manage multiple workflows with set deadlines. You have experience in a form of cross-cultural communication and diplomacy, which enables you to establish great working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to the University.

In addition, you should also demonstrate:

  • Completion of a degree or relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of experience and / or relevant advanced diploma qualification

  • Experience sourcing information from identified partners, developing, and managing relationships.

  • An ability to formulate practical and innovative solutions to work problems.

  • Experience in exercising judgement within broad guidelines and work with a level of initiative and decision-making in interpreting and providing advice on policies and procedures.

  • Knowledge of relevant University international education programs, systems, policies, legislation, and trends in international student services, sector­ wide and locally, nationally, and internationally (Desirable).
