The Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) will enable UQ to be more agile and mobile in the way we deliver Human Resources (HR) services. This will allow us to simplify our people-related processes, providing one easily accessible interface for our staff. About This Opportunity

The Client Support Officer, HCMS Systems is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer/client-centric support service throughout the implementation and go live phase of the Universities new Human Capital Management System (WorkDay®)

The role will be primarily responsible for the proactive follow up of workflow approvals across the Workday solution to ensure the timely processing of HR/staffing transactions in the initial phase of go-live to ensure University leaders are supported throughout this change.

The role will also be responsible for appropriately triaging enquiries received through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the HCMS Support Team.


Our Ideal Candidate

You will have completion of a relevant degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. We are looking for demonstrated customer service or call centre experience where you have dealt with customer support services. You will have the ability to learn and embrace new technology, including our HR processes and procedures. You will demonstrate flexibility, multi-tasking and a commitment to accuracy. Experience using Workday or another large HCMA (eg. Success Factors) would be advantageous.

What We Can Offer

This is a full-time, fixed term position until March 2022 at HEW level 5.

The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $70,796 - $78,852, plus employer superannuation contributions of 17%. The total FTE remuneration package will be in the range $82,852 - $92,257 per annum.
