This role will:
Provide administrative support for conferences, meetings and visiting researchers for the Laureate Centre for History & Population (in School of Humanities and Languages).
Support the implementation of project plans and schedules, as required
Provide assistance with budgeting and finance
Provide visitor management
Respond to queries from project teams and stakeholders
Report to the Centre Director, Scientia Professor Alison Bashford.
A person engaged is generally expected to have the following skills and experience:
Experience assisting with the development of project plans, objectives and documentation
- Extensive computer literacy and skills in Microsoft Office applications and project related databases and management
