The Role:

The Project and Administrative Officer, International Marketing supports the Manager, International Marketing in the delivery of key activities required to develop the 2023/24 marketing plans, development of databases, coordination of team events and including but not limited to providing administrative support to the team as required. 

This includes developing activity databases, creating planning templates, developing solutions for capturing information and coordinating access to various tools required for international marketing while dealing with a range of stakeholders.

This role will provide support to other marketing team members.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Experience working in a marketing team.
• Strong writing skills.
• Experience using Microsoft product suite and project management tools.
• Previous experience in international marketing is highly desirable
• Ability to follow directions and synthesise information to achieve the outcomes required

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Data entry and analysis
• Helping conduct and collate findings from market research
• Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletters and information
• Contributing to internal reports
• Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics
• Support development of databases and templates for engagement
• Processing key administrative office documents and requests
• Other duties as directed from time to time
