The Role

The Marketing Coordinator, International Marketing supports the International Marketing team in establishing and developing the assets to support international marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a friendly, supportive and vibrant team. 

The role will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of a range of marketing campaigns and projects across offline and digital channels, with a particular focus on email marketing, CRM integration, web content management, paid digital advertising, and analytics/reporting.

The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with an interest in branding and digital marketing.

The role includes developing databases, creating planning templates, developing solutions for capturing information and coordinating access to various tools required for international marketing while dealing with a range of stakeholders. This role will provide support to other marketing team members.

To be successful, you'll have: 

  • Familiarity with  Content Management System software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in a marketing team.
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience using Microsoft product suite and project management tools.
  • Previous experience in international marketing is highly desirable
  • Ability to follow directions and synthesise information to achieve the outcomes required

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Conducting research to support international marketing campaigns
  • Coordination of marketing databases and tools
  • Setting up tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Identify industry benchmarks in content marketing
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analysing data
  • Other duties as directed from time to time
