We are seeking expressions of interest for a Fit Test Clinic Administrator to join our team. If you are successful, you will coordinate and provide professional administration services within the Fit Test Clinic to ensure the Clinic runs effectively and efficiently in conducting respiratory fit testing of N95 masks for individuals prior to them providing services in a healthcare setting. By doing so, you will support the wider efforts of keeping current and future health workers safe during the COVID pandemic, ensuring a functioning health system and the continuity of care for patients.

Essential Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Availability to work up to 37.5 hours per week (8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday)
• Experience in administration within clinical or laboratory services in a scientific or medical field, or within a healthcare setting
• Organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Good interpersonal skills appropriate to working in a culturally diverse setting
• Highly developed computer literacy skills
