The Role

  • Casual / Sessional (on an as needs basis)
  • $36.47 - $58.02 per hour (depending on qualifications)
  • Various locations across our NSW and Victorian footprints

The School of Nursing, Paramedicine and Healthcare Sciences are seeking passionate Clinical Facilitators to assist students to develop the knowledge, skills and attributes necessary for practice as a registered nurse.

As a Clinical Facilitator, you will be facilitating student learning in clinical placement settings by demonstrating your clinical expertise and acting as a professional role model to guide clinical knowledge and skill development of undergraduate nursing students. You will also be maintaining relationships with health care agencies and facilities to enhance the overall student learning experience.

To be successful you will have:

  • Current unrestricted registration with Ahpra as a registered nurse.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the National Competency Standards for Registered Nurses /  Midwives and Australian Nurse Teacher Professional Practice Standards.
  • Current National Police Clearance, Working With Children Check and up to date immunisations as specified by NSW Health.
