Casual position available until December 2021

Utilising specialised knowledge as well as high level administrative and organisational skills, this role is responsible for providing efficient administration of agreements cycle. Integral to this role is the provision of effective support to team members to ensure seamless service delivery to internal and external stakeholders in the establishment, maintenance, and renewal of agreements.

To be successful you will need: 

  • Demonstrated analytical skills combined with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate in a succinct, professional and responsive manner, collaborate and work effectively, including with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with a high level of flexibility and adaptability undertaking and delivering a range of functions in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and opportunities for service improvement.
