The Role
- Reporting to the Executive Officer, Academic Governance
- Flexible days and hours
- Business administration experience required
To be successful, you'll have:
- An eye for detail, be quick thinking, flexible and agile
- Strong written communication, organisation and computing skills
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Review committee papers and course proposals for alignment with defined formatting and content standards
- Assist in preparation of committee minutes and agendas
- Respond to basic enquiries from university staff and stakeholders
- Manage committee paper content on SharePoint and other platforms
