Overview
The Campus Support Office provides essential daily services to staff, students, visitors, and contractors at our campuses and operate in a busy and exciting professional capacity, providing services for internal and external customers who require support and advice. 

The team undertake a variety of both physical and office-based tasks, which include but are not limited to the following:

  • Room bookings and venue hires 
  • Arranging keys and passes for contractors and staff.
  • Furniture Management: which includes assisting with furniture moves, engaging removalists for larger, complex moves and stores management. 
  • Classroom set ups 
  • Setting out signage, managing notice boards, assisting with event set ups
  • Administering the University’s vehicle fleet (Driver’s Licence essential)

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented individual with effective communication skills, a focus on providing great customer service, be physically fit to undertake moderate furniture moves and the willingness to work in a flexible way in both campuses, primarily we require 4 days at Mount Lawley and one day at Joondalup, noting this is subject to change throughout the course of the year. 

The successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and health assessment.

Benefits & Remuneration
This ongoing, full-time position attracts remuneration of $71,918 - $76,598 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
