Overview
The Customer Strategy and Planning team within the Business Growth and Development Directorate at Edith Cowan University (ECU), provides insights and analytics to supplement the development of strategies and initiatives, assess initiative effectiveness; and provide guidance to Schools and Service Centres on the execution of customer strategies.

Working with the Campaign Planning Manager, the Campaign Associate supports the creation, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns, contributing positively to ECU’s international brand, reputation and enrolment targets.

The successful candidate will have working knowledge of current marketing automation platforms and be able to demonstrate their ability to positively engage with a range of stakeholders across the University. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Analytical and insight skills (preferably within a marketing, campaign or similar environment)
  • The ability to thrive under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • The ability to work collaboratively across teams building and maintaining positive relationships

Benefits & Remuneration
These positions attract a remuneration of $75,821 to $84,254 per annum plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
