Continuing position available for a Business Systems Supervisor.

The role of Business Systems Supervisor (BSS) encompasses supervision of the client services teams, coordination of the Roseworthy Veterinary Hospital (RVH) marketing and media plan, in addition to coordinating training and maintaining standards of service for all the RVH professional staff.

In this new position with the RVH you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client service team, including management of rostering, timesheet verification, leave management and Professional Development Reviews (PDR).  You will provide administration and system support for the Business Systems Manager, audit invoices, ensure procedures and processes are implemented, identify improvements for efficiency, effectiveness and compliance.

The Business Systems Supervisor will ensure that scheduling efficiencies and standards in the RVH systems are being maximised, including referrals, emergency and general practice clients.

Additionally, this role will be required to ensure positive experiences of clients, referral practices and other key external stakeholders to the RVH. This can include the implementation of new engagement opportunities and identifying new business opportunities while maintaining the existing commercial relationships.

You will be required to contribute to the development and implementation of the RVH marketing and communication plan including setting priorities and deadlines within budget.  You will support the development and production of digital content in a range of formats including web, video and social media channels, providing content and format expertise and recommendations to managers.

To be successful you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a dynamic customer service environment
  • Proven ability to establish effective working relationships within a team.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to use these skills in managing professional and operational relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in use of varied media sources for marketing and advertising
  • Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.

Experience or knowledge of the Animal or Medical industry will be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office with demonstrated experience and/or knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.
