  • Commencement Salary: $65,766 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)


About the Role

The UniSA Business Student Hub provides a convenient, central support hub for UniSA Business students!

In this role you will manage program enquiries for UniSA Business students and proactively provide them with advice and support. When required, you will refer students to additional services to aid university transition and increase student retention and success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide customer-focussed service to UniSA Business students
  • Work closely with Program Directors, to provide a responsive, solution-focused service
  • Proactively contact “at risk” students to support their academic progress, retention and success
  • Contribute to and present information sessions, including student orientation, to promote student engagement with services
  • Communicate effectively with academic and professional staff across the University to ensure the smooth implementation of processes and practices affecting students

Essential Skills and Experience
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working through complex processes with empathy to successfully resolve issues for customers
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team based environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures
  • Solid organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
  • Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs
