  • Commencement Salary: $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About You 

You are a strong communicator with exceptional relationship building skills and a keen eye for detail. You are passionate about providing resolutions to complex problems through establishing credibility and communicating with impact, clarity, diplomacy and sensitivity. 

About the Role 

Reporting to the Business Student Hub Coordinator, you will be responsible for proactively providing customer-focused advice, support and referral services to aid student success and retention. You will work closely with Program Directors to provide solutions, accurate program information and follow-up support, and will contribute to and present at information sessions.

The Business Student Hub provides a convenient, central support service for business students, from first year through to graduation. The team provides expert advice to students on program matters including study options, elective choices and any academic difficulties, and facilitates referrals to support services across the University. The Business Student Hub leads and implements initiatives to support student transition, retention, progress, and success, enabling students to gain the most benefit from their UniSA study experience. 

Essential Skills and Experience 

  • Written and verbal communication skills including preparation of materials and experience in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality customer service 
  • Demonstrated experience in working through complex processes with empathy to successfully resolve issues for customers 
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment 
  • Experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures 
  • Organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
